I’m in my thirties and I worked for over 10 years in the beauty business. I was a trainer for a French cosmetic company for most of my career and worked in several Parisian department stores like Le Bon Marché, Printemps and Galeries Lafayette. I studied beauty for 4 years and I trained at ISIPCA, a school founded by the famous perfumer Jean-Jacques Guerlain in 1970.
As soon as I could walk, I was obsessed with beauty products and I never got over it!
Soon after working for L’Artisan Parfumeur in Paris, I was offered a job at French skincare products company that uses natural products: I worked at YonKa for nearly 10 years and just love the company and their products. If it wasn’t for my husband getting a job in Dubai I would still be there! 
I love to discover new brands, products with innovative technology (yes, cosmetics are hyper-technological), new concepts and I wanted to share all these experiences. That’s why I decided to create this blog. I started my blog in 2012 (the French version) and I decide to add English versions of my articles in 2014.
These are my personal experiences and I have no interest in talking about one brand rather than another one. I’m interested in talking about good or interesting products that I’d easily advise my family and friends to look at.
Most of the time, I have purchased the products I review on the blog. Very occasionally, I receive products from the brands, but that doesn’t mean that I won’t give me my true opinion on them and you will see that this is clearly stated so there is no confusion.
I moved to Dubai 2 years ago and I love exploring this new playground, I will share all my beauty-related experiences with you here!
